If you are banned you'll need some sort of ip spoofer or hwid spoofer since youll keep getting rebanned.

Well IP is easy, just unplug your modem for about 15 minutes with the backup batter out as well, and you will be given a new IP by your ISP.

HW, you can change something or just get a spoofer.
