1 payment from you is showing as 'Pending' which means you used a payment method other than a CC linked to your paypal account. You then purchased again 15 mins later using a correct auto setup payment method and that completed. The other payment will clear in 4 to 6 working days from when the payment was made and will auto add the time onto your sub.
