I have followed the instructions on this website to cancel my subscription yet I am still being charged. I have started an investigation with paypal for these transactions, if there is anything you can do on your end that would be appreciated. Thank you.

Following the instructions HERE should stop the recurring payment. If you can't cancel it then ring paypal customer service and ask them to cancel the recurring payment to us for you.
