From Highroller to Generalmember? *Mod Needed Urgent!

Since yesterday I'd notice that my stats in forum was changed to General Member when I payed for High Roller account since last year and the recent payment was 7December.

I'd checked my payment was completed and it was deducted hell lots of money until the next year end which is 2013 December. What's wrong with my account when It was clearly stated it was completed?
