Hi there i just purchased the subscription and its still saying im a general member and i cant get the hacks =/ any ideas?

Yes it's showing as 'Pending' to us which means you used a payment method other than a credit card. These non cc payments take between 4 to 6 working days to clear to us. As soon as your payment clears, your access will auto setup for you.
