Sometimes we make the mistake not to check here before playing.
There is anyway to get some call by E-mail that the hack is visible and detected

I am sorry, but this is not an option we have availible. This in most cases would be deemed as mass email spam and blocked

The only real option availible at this time would be to check the status.

Also, we do disable the cheat in the loader so it can't be used as soon as we get wind of a possible detection.
