An Admin will respond as soon as they are able.
If this is a recurring issue I advise to cancel your recurring subscription here, and when your sub expires then at that time resubscribe at our new site.

I advise this for the members who have sub drop issues because the new site does not drop the subs when paypal reports a failed payment like this site does.
Sadly this site doesn't have the ability for this automated drop of the sub to be changed.
