The account's email is i.lold@hotmail.com

I didn't use a paypal method to pay with, I used the manual payment.

This was a few months ago and I don't remember the account details, so I'm still being charged for something I can't use.

I can not use an email that you post.
This is not me trying to be rude, this is the only way we can protect our members account.

If you are not the true owner of the account we would not want to send you the password to log into it.
I am sure you can understand and appreciate that we try to protect the accounts.

The email I have on file for that account is ro*bd*tc*m@gmail.com.
Does this email look familiar?
If so that's great, as it will be the only email I can send the new password too.
