I cancelled my sub yesterday becuase it was going to run out today and i'm also going to a different computer. I'm going to renew it today or tomorrow but my question is will i have to pay a hardware change fee even after i renew my sub and have already changed to the new pc? Thank You!

No a fee is not requested upon renewing your account.

Just setup your new PC for the hacks to work then load up the hack to get HW locked message then post up that your locked. A mod or admin will reset you.
