I am regularly using my downloader with master pack of bugs .. and my subscription has been renewed as usual I can not explain why later in the private forums??

It is from this afternoon which was notified I do not understand what it takes to solve this problem .. the subscription of 4 weeks and 28 days .. that is one less day are 27 .. but I pay for 28, , I do not want to debate, but it seems appropriate that these issues should be addressed with priority.

This I did not expect
After nearly two years of subscriptions with you, I find myself facing an unpleasant fact.
I can understand that you have to wait a few hours to solve a problem.
But it is possible that it will NOT be administrators on-line to help and immediately solve this kind of problems that I think are yet to be solved before starting any online hacks 
I'm afraid this unfortunate incident upset my thoughts on the effectiveness of this service I'm sorry ..
