If you mean 'undetected' then this current and new Bf3 cheat build has been undetected since it was released a couple of weeks ago and we hope it will remain so for a long time. However, there is always the chance of detection so we recommend that you have 2 game accounts, your legit one and a hack using one.
You will need to purchase either the Master Pack or High Roller to gain access to the Bf3 cheat.
