There was talks of it in the past, but nothing come of it. Perhaps they might look at it over at ilikecheats.com

Our coder has looked at WoT. the problem with this game is most everything is server side. About all that could be done is ESP but the ESP would not work until they are about on top of the player. The though of making a complete hack came to a halt once the coder found all of that out. The coders might come back to it later and see if anything has changed.
