and now im without any Subscription and look like a Normal and general member,

You where sent a refund because you requested it.
You had a cracked version of Windows and was unable to perform the steps needed to get the cheat to work.

I did find a new topic that shown you finally able to use the cheat. However at this time the refund process had already begun.
You received your money, and have lost nothing at this time.
If you wish to regain access, you will need to subscribe again.
Use the money that was returned to you, and purchase a new subscription.
If you still have an active recurring subscription on paypal, you will want to cancel that, so you wont have 2 recurring subscriptions with us if you decide to subscribe again.

and i already cancel it,
