when i try to pay by paypal they keep saying add new visa stuff ?

is there any other way like send payment ?

Payments can not be sent using your paypal balance.
If you are not paying for the subscription with a CC selected as payment type, then it would show you this error.
If you do have a CC linked and are trying it, there may be an error in your paypal authentication for the CC, like a bad #, or expiration date.

You can also try Authorize.net and pay via a CC, be it pre paid, virtual, or your own

look my problem isn't that i don't wanna pay with paypal .. the paypal keep telling me to chose ore add another card .. so i well send the sub in the send money in paypal so give me a email and the message to send to you the money and post here the id for the payment ..
