i bought a new key and did the wrong thing i guess :(

i went in the game and was on my pb-guide-ban account when i pressed : redeem code

the key was valid..but still get the guide ban on all servers ..

so i guess that i was not smart to do that on banned account :(

now i try to make a new account on origin..but now the key is already in use it say...
so..does this mean i lost my new key ?


and what is exactly the good way to follow with a new key for bfbc2 ?

Create a new email address and register a new account using this email in origin then activate your new key for Battlefield Bad Company 2.

i made a new account (different e-mail)
what you mean activate the key ? (by origin?)

you mean ingame?
i tried that and it said : key is in use....

You need activate your CD-Key from Battlefield Bad Company 2 in a new Origin Account.
If you already used CD-Key you must buy another one.

dat is dutch..but it says you can only once put a serial on a origin-account and it cant go to another account :(


so i am lucky that those keys are not so expensive...but is was noobisch of me Smile

i will buy another one....

I blame origin for taking the key then banning you, the funny thing is they are immune from being sued about their product unless it civil/criminal law
we all make mistakes but I think the worst mistake was letting EA turn into the monster it is

i contacted origin-help service and explained it,
then i get a new key from them..and it works Smile


so ..... happy end !

I was just about to do that suggestion but I see you already did. Great to see they helped you out here, not tha big ugly monster all the time... well enjoy and don't make that mistake again. Just to keep it simple, make a new account with every new key you want to redeem so you never can activate them on a banned account again. Wink
