Why has another site been opened or even needed?

Sudden Attack Sea maybe.

This site has old coding. So a new site was made to use the most up to date features. The new site will almost be completely automated.
However, FPSC will still be here taking subs.
The main reason someone would want to go to ILC is for the mega package. Which will include all of razors hacks here, all of razors hacks at call of duty cheats and all of debugs hacks.
debug is working on several new games. He's package should have over 20 games in it when he is finished. I know ghost recon online is in the works and a few more free games. Plus we have warhammer MOH coming, BF4 coming out next year, and so on. next 24 months should be fun.

It wasn't possible to update this site to VBulletin forum software, too many customizations made over the years and it's a busy site. Any attempted upgrade would have caused tons of subscription issues.
