As many times as paypal sends an email saying that a payment attempt failed.
This was from multiple payments being sent accidentally by you in the begining. We cant stop paypal from doing this. All we can do is enable your access again.
An Admin will get you fixed ASAP.
Your previous topics are not locked, you can post in one of them and save time of having to reference the topic.

I didnt send multiple payments, Not once. I had it set it like i always did. One payment at a time every month and i manually renewed.
