so it doesnt accept paypal funds? and does it take money automaticaly in my credit card?

No, paypal balance can not be used for payment.
The payment must be made with a CC through paypal.

The subscription via paypal is recurring, so if you do not cancel the recurring payment, paypal will send the next payment automatically.
