just curious what is the difference between (
COD Modern Warfare 3 (RU/ENG)
$28.95) and
COD: Modern Warfare 3 (STEAM) it cost an extra $11 what for?

http://digitalgamesales.com/index.php/eadm-games.html on double dee's website it has both of them for sale. does the $40-41 dollar 1 the limited editon 1? and the $28 bf3 by itself?

The 4X$ one is an English key.
The 2X$ on is a RUS key that comes with the option to change it to ENG by having it activated by them via a VPN. or comes with the English conversion files. This is the same for MW3 and BF3
Neither are limited.
