Hello. If a cheat is detected, does it ban your cdkey and you cannot play unless buy a new game? or does it just ban you from the server that detects you?
If I join in a server without PB, is there any chance that I get detected?

Yes your key gets banned and you need a new one as well as new soldier nick. A server without PB means it's not running the PB program so you don't have to worry about it.
