My girlfriend and I use the same computer to access this website. She uses her name "Defiled" and she said she can't post or anything. Its way too slow. Can you fix her account please?She recently bought the master pack and that might be the problem.

How do you do that? And if were on the same computer than how come i can login and not lagg but it is super slow for only her account?
