Bad Key Code

I'm at a loss as to where to go with this as I've tried to communicate with Badmerlin directly about this. Thursday evening, I attempted to activate the key I bought from Badmerlin on 4-23-10. After I entered the code, I received the message that the code was already active. I have tried it four times since then, including tonight and have received the same result.

I sent Badmerlin a private message thru here, the reply I received that why did I wait so long to activate it, and maybe someone had hacked my e-mail because he verified that he only sent that code to me. I can assure you that I have proper security in place to prevent that from occuring.

Prior to this incident, I purchased a key from Badmerlin in March and things went smoothly, that key was banned in the wave before last. I have recourse through PayPal, but I would rather have a new key so that I can play on PB servers. I am willing to be flexible, I just don't think that I should have to kiss off $25 for a bad key code. But, I have sent him two e-mails without any reply in the last 24 hours.

I had hoped that this matter could be handled outside the bounds of the FPSCheats forum, however, since I am not getting any reply, I feel I have no other recourse but to try to work things out here. I'm sorry if this reflects poorly to your customer base, as you have done a great service providing keys at very good prices - for that I and everyone here is thankful. All we expect in return is a usable product. Mine is not.
