In november my debit card was compromised due to some unauthorized activity/ identity theft. I have new one now issued from my bank with a new number. I was a high roller member, been with fps for a long while and would like to regain that subscription with out any further interruption. I will pay any pass due fees that acquired due to the debit failure. Please let me know who I must contact for this, or do I need to start a whole new subcription?

I am unable to find any issues with your currant account that would interfere with your return.
You should be able to use this very account and simply start a new subscription
