Why can't I have a FREE test of your hacks?
FREE or PUBLIC hacks are targeted by anti-cheat organizations. Due to us not wanting you to get a ban or have any related issues, we do NOT offer free cheats to the community. These will eventually be detected and get you banned for sure. Also, PunkBuster isn't paid to target commercial hacks, only FREE hacks, so that's why we don't release them.

Am I actually purchasing hacks with my payment?
No, you are purchasing access to our VIP forums where you will find a free hack which you can use for the duration of your sub period.

Do I ever pay anything else after my initial subscription purchase?
No, everything including all updates are covered in your subscription fee. However, once you've downloaded the free hack onto your pc/laptop it locks to this by hardward ID so you can only use it on that pc/laptop. The free hack can only be used on one pc/laptop and if, after your initial download, you decide you want to change it to a different pc/laptop then a reset fee of $10 will be applicable. Full details on how to go about this can be found in your VIP forum.

No, all updates are included in your subscription.

How long until I get access once I've purchased my subscription?
Credit Card payments will give you INSTANT access. If you purchase by Echeck it can take 4 - 7 working days for your payment to clear.

Once I have my VIP Forum access, can I use the free hack instantly?
Yes, you will see your new VIP forums on the sites main forums page and you will find your free hack download within the downloads forum.

PunkBuster, VAC, Ban & GUID Ban Questions
Do I really have to worry about a ban?
As long as you play smart and check the forum your usually not going to have any issues. However, if you hack it is at your OWN RISK and if your detected or the hacks get detected we DO NOT offer refunds.

Are your hacks 100% undetected?
No matter what any other site says there is NO HACK that is 100% undetected. Once PunkBuster or VAC decides they want to target a certain hack it will get detected. If your detected you can get a new CDKEY for most games for $9.99 and rank back up in a day using our exploits.

What type of security do you have for detection?
We use Vision Security and if we find out a hack is detected we will shut the hack down until we can recode it.

We will post that the hack is detected, suggest you don't use it and release a new build.

If I get busted or a GUID ban do you pay for a new game for me?
No, hacking is of course at your OWN RISK and if you get a ban your responsible for the purchase of a new CDKEY unless we have free generated keys that work. (Currently only BF2142 genereated CDKEYS work) WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Please read through the forums and see what, if any, our position may already be for features and then follow the procedure given there.

Whom do I contact about abusive and/or legal matters related to this board?
You should contact the administrator of this board. If you cannot find who that is, you should first contact one of the forum moderators and ask them who you should in turn contact. If still get no response you should contact the owner of the domain (do a whois lookup) or, if this is running on a free service (e.g. yahoo, free.fr, f2s.com, etc.), the management or abuse department of that service. Please note that phpBB Group has absolutely no control and cannot in any way be held liable over how, where or by whom this board is used.
